Job Description:

  • Assembly: collate, weigh, staple, package answer documents, cut, coil, crimp, hole punch, shrink wrap, prepare documents for picking as needed.
  • Picking: accurately select materials to fill a pick list, count materials, maintain consistency.
  • Packing: place picked/verified materials in boxes for shipping, follow sequence on packing list, print shipping labels and apply in correct order, computer literacy required.
  • Shipping: Place filler material into packages, Tape boxes using industrial taping machine, Scan package on a pallet to create pallet maps for outgoing packages.
  • Receiving: process packages on PC, place packages on pallets, move pallets, enter received packages into database, load/unload trailers, computer literacy required."

Skills:

  • Ability to stand/walk as needed up to entire duration of shift.
  • Ability to proficiently use computers, scanners, and other electronic technology.
  • Ability to bend and stoop as needed.
  • Light lifting (up to 50 lbs.) as needed.
  • Work in a fast-paced warehouse/production environment.
  • Strong attention to accuracy and details.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.

Education:

  • High school diploma or GED
