Overview The Department of Surgery at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH seeks an experienced PA or NP to join our neurosurgery team. The person in this position will lead the Neurosurgery APP team that manages inpatient and outpatient care for adults and children.This position requires significant applicable experience. Overview & Duties: Schedule coordination and coverage for both days and nights Collaboration with the section chief/program director Development of educational opportunities for APPs Participation in recruitment of new APPs Adult and pediatric inpatient care 50+ hospitals in a 140-mile radius that refer and transfer to our team Academic appointment at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth College Requirements: PA-C or FNP Ability to obtain/maintain NH license At least three years of experience in neurosurgery or neurocritical care Ability to work collaboratively across departments Ability and willingness to partner with the neurosurgery residency program director, section chief, and attending physicians Dartmouth Health offers an outstanding benefits package including, but not limited to: Up to 6% employer match to your retirement plan 1 week of paid time and funding for CME 4 weeks+ paid vacation Enhanced compensation structure Relocation bonuses, as well as educational loan assistance, is available to eligible candidates About Lebanon, NH: Lebanon sits on the Connecticut River and possesses some of the most beautiful country in the world.
