Physical therapists are overworked and underpaid. They often see too many patients in a day, work long hours, and are constantly pressured to hit their metrics. This can be incredibly frustrating and lead to burnout. Physical therapists should be able to focus on their patients without having to worry about these things. About The Company: We help athletes and active adults get back to the sports and activities they love without limitation. We do this through 1-on-1 care with our doctors of physical therapy, which allows us to pay close attention to every aspect of care. It also allows us to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Position Overview

Peak Performance Physical Therapy, Sports Rehab & Wellness is hiring an experienced, full-time or contract employee to serve as a Physical Therapist for the company's growing team at our Farmington and Ferndale Location. Our Physical Therapists are responsible for contributing to the team's overall efforts by providing amazing patient care to the residents of the community.

Requirements
  • A full-time licensed physical therapist in Michigan committed to empowering patients to reach their full potential.
  • Someone with some experience with Outpatient Ortho/Sports Rehab is required.
  • This position will be treating a wide variety of patients. Must be comfortable working with different age demographics and various diagnosis
