The Opportunity:

We are seeking a dynamic Director of Digital Advertising to lead our advertising initiatives across all digital platforms, with a focus on Amazon. This is a pivotal role that will shape our advertising strategy, build and manage a team of subject matter experts, and ensure we deliver the best and most comprehensive solutions for our brand partners.

You are a full-stack, multi-platform, digital marketer with some level of experience managing the suite of Amazon Advertising products (including DSP experience) with a proven track record of success, this may be the job for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital advertising strategy across various platforms, including Amazon, Google, social media, and others, ensuring alignment with ours and our Brand Partner's business objectives.
  • Data-Driven Methodology: Implement and manage a data-driven approach to digital marketing, leveraging analytics and insights to inform decision-making and optimize performance.
  • Campaign Management: Analyze advertising data to measure effectiveness, optimize campaigns, and inform future strategy. Define and manage advertising KPIs, ensuring alignment with ours and our Brand Partner's business objectives.
  • Team Management: Lead, manage, and grow a high-performing digital marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement: guide campaign execution, data analysis, and optimization techniques.
  • Client Communication: Work with our brand partners to establish advertising budgets and ensure optimal ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with the brand team to integrate advertising strategy into overall brand strategy.
  • Thought Leadership: Stay abreast on advertising trends and technology to ensure our strategy is always at the cutting edge. Help Neato become an industry thought leader in advertising across platforms, including Amazon, Google, social media, and other paid media platforms through Neato's marketing efforts.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
  • 7+ years proven experience in a senior Amazon advertising, digital marketing, or PPC/eCPM bid-related role with solid experience in the digital advertising landscape across multiple platforms.
  • Expertise in rule-based advertising and using it to maintain scalability of large ad budgets for multiple brands.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, including managing diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and use it to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to navigate the rapidly changing e-commerce environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience creating advertising reports, making recommendations on ad budgets and management strategies with brand managers and clients.
