What You'll Do: Leading engaging Ergonomics Education/Training sessions to educate employees on proper ergonomics, lifting techniques, and body mechanics. Work in an embedded client environment Conducting thorough ergonomic risk assessments to recommend effective solutions tailored to site operations and job demands. Assemble solution for both short and long-term risk reduction Driving ergonomic improvement initiatives that enhance workplace culture and productivity. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, integrating ergonomic insights into planning and decision-making. Produce technical reports in a proficient and timely manner. Promote safe, healthy, and inspired workplace environments. What Youll Need: A background in occupational ergonomics, human factors, safety and environmental, kinesiology, exercise science / sports science, health promotions, etc. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and computer skills. A genuine passion for enhancing workplace wellness, productivity, and impacting team member's wellbeing.
