Reporting to the Director of Rehabilitation, you will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans. Your role will be crucial in improving patients' quality of life through various therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and modalities.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
2. Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings and goals.
3. Implement treatment techniques such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
4. Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
5. Educate patients and their families on exercises and strategies for maximizing function and independence.
6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment.
7. Stay current on best practices and advancements in the field of physical therapy.
8. Adhere to ethical and legal standards in patient care and documentation.
9. Maintain a safe and clean treatment environment.
10. Participate in departmental meetings, trainings, and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
1. Current or pending PT license.
2. Graduate of an accredited PT program.
3. Must be willing to relocate to Hartsville, SC or close.
