Job Description

This position is being filled through OU's PEAK Temporary Staffing Services.

The Full Stack Developer serves as the technical expert for assigned research and evaluation projects.

Essential Duties:

• Assists with complete application development process from conception to deployment.

• Maintains and upgrades application following deployment.

• Oversees testing and feedback during development process.

• Assists in designing program evaluation tools (databases, web applications, etc.).

• Reviews software for use in data collection and outcomes.

• Assists in developing research instruments administration tools and data collection protocols.

• Identify appropriate data analyses methods.

• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data.

• Produce statistical reports based on data collected.

• Design reports using data visualization software.

• Assist team developing funding proposals.

• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Required Education and Experience: Bachelor 's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field; AND:

48 months experience as a Web Developer or related field.

Skills:
  • Experience in web/software application in .NET C# and write complex SQL queries and Stored Procedures Windows Server and MS SQL database administration and maintenance.
  • Experience with data visualization programs.
  • Understanding of network configuration and routing protocols.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • High degree of initiative, creativity, innovation and self-motivation with resourcefulness and strong drive for results.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills as well as a positive can-do attitude.
  • Access priorities and work on multiple projects with various deadlines.
