Entry level position into the NOC. Customer service focused with basic technical troubleshooting abilities.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Trouble ticket creation.
- Dispatch creation.
- Basic diagnostics and troubleshooting for Ethernet, Internet, and SONET/ TDM circuits. Triage essentially.
- Network monitoring.

Education and/or Experience:
- Entry-level position.
- No educational requirement but degrees and certifications encouraged.

- Ability to handle a large volume of work and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
