  • Greet clients with a smile and assist clients with needs in person or over the phone.
  • Manage multiple incoming phone calls during the day. Place outgoing calls.
  • Work with medical record software.
  • Handle client communication and education.
  • Be empathetic to our clients, your team members, and yourself.

  • Preferably one year of veterinary reception experience.
