The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Experience in the Electro Mechanical Assembly field.
• Experience in a production environment (including internships), with a strong emphasis on precision electro assembly.
• Familiarity with IPC 610 standards (required); knowledge of J-STD-001 is a plus but not mandatory.
• A keen attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a quality-driven setting.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble high-reliability electronic components in accordance with specified standards and procedures.
• Ensure that all components meet stringent quality specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct thorough inspections of assembled products to identify defects and discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to enhance safety and efficiency.
• Document work performed and promptly report any issues to management.
