Your role

We're looking for a dedicated individual to fulfill the role as Branch Office Administrator which includes
• front desk reception; greeting office guest and answering phones
• support administrative and branch technology related tasks
• support management team with day-to-day office functions
• participate in team projects and meetings
• assist branch management with Market events, initiatives, and ad-hoc projects.
• assist with cashiering/operations functions

Your team

You'll be working as part of Wealth Management Americas in Fort Worth, Texas. We help high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through financial advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them.

Your expertise

You have:
• prior financial services experience
• undergraduate degree is required
• SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 are preferred
• experience working in a fast pasted environment where no two days are the same

You are:
• an excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal and detail oriented skills
• able to manage your time well and handle a large workload in a fast-paced environment
• a good problem solver and collaborate well with other people and teams
