Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking an Occupational Therapist to fill an opening with an outpatient clinic located in Mountainside, New Jersey

Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:

  • Must have an active NJ State License
  • New graduates are welcome to apply

Benefits of the Occupational Therapist:

  • The salary for this position is $40 / hr (Negotiable)
  • This is a Part-time position (1 -2 days a week / weekdays)

Responsibilities of the Occupational Therapist:

  • Assess the patient's physical, communication, and cognitive skills to develop a treatment plan
  • Give advice and provide support for family members and Carers
  • Assess the home, school, and work environments of the patient
  • Install the necessary equipment in the classroom for children with disabilities and teach them how to use the equipment
  • Help patients to take part in everyday activities based on their unique circumstances
  • Assist patients' exercise for pain relief
  • Review the patient's progress and adapt the treatment accordingly
  • Perform administrative tasks such as keeping records, writing reports, and making telephone calls
