We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity at NDX H & O Dental Lab in Manchester, NH, for a Dental Laboratory Technician - Implants. The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time. This is a full-time position featuring employee benefits including: health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance; paid holiday, vacation, and sick time; 401K with company contribution; and tuition reimbursement Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position: Receive and stock inventory items Perform inventory count. Provide telephone and written technical support to dental offices. Initial Quality Control Prepare estimates. Order implant parts. Communicate with Production Manager, Fixed Manager and CAD CAM Manager on a daily basis. Ensure all implant parts ordered are pre-billed/invoiced correctly and timely Perform other related duties as required. Skills and Abilities Required: Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English Must be computer proficient. Must have understanding of Inventory Processes. Knowledge of Implants is helpful. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask Detailed and organized Minimum Education and Experience Required: Required: High school diploma or GED equivalent Hazardous Materials or Equipment Used: All materials utilized by production and maintenance in the laboratory. Physical Requirements: Standing, walking, bending, sitting, reaching for extended periods of time. Good manual dexterity Vision capabilities: attention to detail and/or color Qualifications Education Required High School or Equivalent or better
