Who You Are Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, architectural, or related engineering degree. 1-3 years of relevant post education experience. Familiarity with mechanical engineering principles, practices, process, design/build, and the application to project work-related issues. Familiarity with building and infrastructure planning, design, and construction management; including rehabilitation and new design. Prior internship experience, leadership experience, or relevant coursework. Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and AutoDesk Revit. Strong technical writing, analytical, and communication skills. Detail-oriented with an emphasis on quality work products. Ability to work schedules conducive to project-specific requirements that may extend beyond the typical workweek. Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety, and drug/alcohol and harassment policies. Preferred Qualifications: Graduate in an accredited mechanical, electrical, or architectural engineering program, or related Undergraduate or Graduate program. Engineer In Training Certificate. Experience using Revit, AutoCAD, and/or Microstation software.
