What The Application Support Analyst Does Each Day:

  • Resolves problems, provide technical support, research and answer questions related to the ERP system and other large systems as needed
  • User Administration of ERP, CRM, WMS, and other integrated systems as needed
  • Monitors ERP system applications and takes corrective action to prevent or minimize system down time
  • Develops and maintains documentation for the ERP system
  • Manages help desk tickets related to application support
  • Builds help desk reports to monitor and analyze support trends
  • Reviews and analyzes the effectiveness and efficiency of the existing ERP system and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging this system
  • Trains end users to operate existing and enhanced functionality within the systems
Our Most Successful Application Support Analyst:
  • Works independently and as a team member
  • Has excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Is self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities
  • Has the ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment with changing priorities
  • Has problem solving/analysis skills, technical capacity, and thoroughness
Minimum Requirements for this Role:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 2+ years in large system support
  • Experience in Infor Cloud Suite Industrial (CSI)/Syteline versions 10, 9, or 8
  • Experience working with system reporting, report generation/building and SQL
  • Able to successfully complete a drug and background check
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; QuVa is not able to sponsor applicants for work visas

  • Experience working in a structured, quality environment with a heavy emphasis on proper, detailed change management
  • Experience/Exposure with ERP implementation or migrations
