Senior Machine Learning Engineer, Branding Ads

About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join a fast-growing global team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build and optimize cutting-edge advertising technologies that drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, algorithm development, and system optimization, with a focus on improving advertising performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop forecasting models to optimize ad budget allocation for better return on investment.
- Design and create innovative monetization products that drive engagement and revenue growth.
- Contribute to the development of a large-scale, high-performance Ads system.
- Participate in the development and continuous improvement of Ads algorithms using machine learning techniques.
- Work on technologies related to Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision (CV) for content understanding and classification.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment to deliver high-impact solutions.
Requirements
Key Qualifications:
- Strong programming, debugging, and optimization skills in one or more general-purpose programming languages such as Go, C/C++, Python.
- Ability to think critically and solve complex problems effectively and efficiently.
- Solid understanding of one or more of the following areas: brand ads, content ads, auction systems, bidding, ranking algorithms, and ad forecasting.
- Experience in Machine Learning for forecasting, Deep Learning, NLP, ranking systems, recommendation systems, backend technologies, large-scale systems, or data science.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- Practical experience with machine learning, data mining, data analysis, and distributed systems.
- Strong product sense and proven experience in designing and implementing product features.
