Description

The Non-Registered Radiological Tech position performs limited (within scope of license) radiological procedures and assists the radiologists in exams and procedures to obtain a diagnosis that will provide the best possible care for the patient. It is preferred that the employee register and pass the ARRT examination within six months of graduation from a JCERT accredited x-ray program.

Required Qualifications:

  • Coursework/Training: Currently enrolled in a two year ARRT certified community college/vocational training program.

  • Washington X-Ray Technician Registration upon hire. Or

  • Washington X-Ray Technician Temporary Practice Permit upon hire.

  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

  • 6 months of experience in all areas of radiography.
