Serra Chevrolet in Southfield is seeking a highly motivated outgoing individual to join our internet and Customer retention department. Call Center experience is a plus

34-40 hours a week 5 days a week

Compensation will be hourly with monthly bonus opportunities. You can expect to make $17+ and hour monthly with the potential of $25+ an hour.

This is a very important position within a dealership. You will ensures our guest are informed and knows that we are here to assist them with buying a vehicle. You will be the main contact for our online Customers and following up on our Customer data base. You will be providing Customers with advise and support before they come into the dealer and after they leave. No Cold Calling

Job Duties:

Making calls 100 +daily calls/text to potential Customers
Sending follow up emails to Customers
Helping with Customer retention buy keeping in contact with our Guest and ensuring they are well informed

Having experience with Customer service or call center's are a huge plus This is a desk job making 100+ connections a day.

Must have a valid drivers license.
