Our main office is located in Carlsbad, with a secondary office in La Jolla, allowing us to serve all of San Diego County. From Oceanside to the border, and as far east as Lakeside and Fallbrook, we are here to meet the diverse needs of our community.

Job Duties:

Companionship

Assistance with ADL's

Assistance with bathing and toileting

Running errands with the client or for the client

Helping our clients have their best day ever

Preferred But Not Required:

Caregiving experience

Registered Home Care Aide (we can show you how to renew/register if you need to)

Current TB test or Chest X-Ray

CPR Card

Valid Driver's License and car insurance

Paid Training - Comprehensive training will be provided before you care for any client. And we’ll match you with individuals you’re compatible with.

Flexibility - We’ll do our best to provide flexible options that work with your schedule.

Overtime Pay - We believe in fairly compensating our caregivers for their hard work. Therefore, we offer overtime pay for any shifts that exceed 8 hours.

Daily pay option using TapCheck - Life can be unpredictable, and sometimes payday is just too far away. Tapcheck offers the financial flexibility you need by allowing you to access your earnings whenever you need them.

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour (DOE)

This franchise is independently owned and operated by a local franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this local office. All inquiries about employment at this location should be made directly to the franchisee, and not to the FirstLight Home Care Support Center.
