Required qualifications: Completes necessary education to attain OT Licensure in state of California. Upon hire: California Occupational Therapist License Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Preferred qualifications: Home Health Experience. 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
