We are seeking experienced and dedicated Diagnostic Technicians specializing in MRI, CT, or Radiology. The ideal candidates will possess strong technical skills, a passion for patient care, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of diagnostic imaging quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate MRI, CT, or radiology equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
- Prepare patients for imaging procedures, explaining the process and addressing any concerns.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
- Review and analyze images for diagnostic quality and accuracy.
- Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to interpret images and provide accurate diagnostic information.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to minimize radiation exposure and ensure a safe working environment.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of imaging equipment.
- Stay current with advancements in imaging technology and techniques through ongoing education and training.
Qualifications:
- Certification in MRI, CT, or Radiology from an accredited institution.
- Valid license(s) / certification(s) to practice as a Diagnostic Technician.
- Proven experience in diagnostic imaging, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to operate and troubleshoot advanced imaging equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality diagnostic images.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Active BLS certification is highly preferred.
