What You'll Do:
  • Lead and manage the respiratory therapy program, including staff supervision, scheduling, and quality assurance.
  • Assess residents' respiratory status, develop individualized care plans, and implement appropriate interventions.
  • Provide respiratory therapy treatments, including oxygen therapy, aerosol therapy, and mechanical ventilation, as prescribed by physicians.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate resident care and ensure optimal respiratory outcomes.
  • Educate residents and their families on respiratory conditions, treatment options, and self-management strategies.
What We're Looking For:
  • Current California license or eligibility for licensure as a Respiratory Therapist.
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience in respiratory therapy, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills and proficiency in respiratory therapy procedures and equipment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
