What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage the respiratory therapy program, including staff supervision, scheduling, and quality assurance.
- Assess residents' respiratory status, develop individualized care plans, and implement appropriate interventions.
- Provide respiratory therapy treatments, including oxygen therapy, aerosol therapy, and mechanical ventilation, as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate resident care and ensure optimal respiratory outcomes.
- Educate residents and their families on respiratory conditions, treatment options, and self-management strategies.
- Current California license or eligibility for licensure as a Respiratory Therapist.
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience in respiratory therapy, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and proficiency in respiratory therapy procedures and equipment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
