Job Title: Quality EngineerJob Description
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Engineer to join our team. This role requires you to be 100% on-site. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for identifying non-quality factors continuously, conducting or coordinating in-depth analyses, and monitoring quality improvement plans. You will identify potential issues before they occur and implement preventive solutions, solving quality manufacturing issues affecting customers through containment, correction, and prevention steps. Additionally, you will plan and take necessary actions to ensure that products or services meet contractual and customer requirements, making audits, and analyzing results as specified by quality systems and methods.
Responsibilities

Ensure that products or services satisfy customer requirements.

Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Oversee the quality of one or several sectors, ensuring the Process Control Plan aligns with Failure Mode Effect Analysis.

Lead Process Audits and Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis.

Create and maintain quality control documentation, ensuring related training and application in the sector.

Manage derogations and lead continuous improvement within the designated perimeter.

Lead containment actions and root cause analysis of quality issues, providing problem-solving within the sector.

Participate in Short Interval Management of the production lines.

Provide inputs and challenge quality considerations for new evolutions and contribute to process/control capability implementation.

Act as the local expert on assembled products within the sector.
Essential Skills
-
Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent.
-
1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
-
Proficiency in quality improvement tools, techniques, and models.

Experience with statistical quality techniques and analysis.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in Quality Engineering.
Work Environment
This is an on-site position within a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will work closely with various departments to ensure quality standards are met and continuously improved. The role involves active participation in audits, process evaluations, and addressing quality issues promptly and effectively.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00
