Job Description

This position involves providing top-notch customer service within the Produce Department, ensuring that our standards are met at all times. You'll be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized department, handling customer inquiries, and promoting sales through excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Work closely with other associates to ensure seamless operations within the department.
  • Ensure that merchandise is displayed and merchandised according to company guidelines.
  • Unload trucks and receive merchandise in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Utilize company tools such as ACIS and CAO to manage inventory and ordering effectively.
  • Adhere to company guidelines, policies, and standard practice at all times.
  • Understand and follow Food Safety and Workplace Safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Identify and correct any unsafe conditions that could lead to associate or customer accidents.
  • Report accidents to the Manager on Duty in accordance with established procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Pursue ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
