Job Title: Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner - Neonatology

Job Description:

- Provide specialized care for neonates in a NICU setting.
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver effective patient care.
- Participate in 24-hour (8 AM - 8 AM) in-house shifts, with the possibility of extending to 48 hours if required.
- Manage and oversee the care of up to 19-bed capacity in the department.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and education.
- Interface with families and caregivers, providing support and information on patient care.
