Description

Wave Dental Specialists is an all specialty dental office housing a board certified Orthodontist, Oral Surgeon, Endodontist and Periodontist We are looking to add a skilled and compassionate Periodontist to provide specialized dental care to our patients. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in diagnosing and treating periodontal diseases, performing surgical procedures, and educating patients on proper oral hygiene. Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat various periodontal conditions, including gum disease, gingivitis, and periodontitis.

• Perform surgical procedures, such as scaling and root planning, gum grafts, bone grafts, and dental implant placement.

• Develop treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.

• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive measures to maintain healthy gums.

• Collaborate with our team of dentists and dental hygienists to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Stay current with the latest advancements in periodontal treatments and technologies.

• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree.

• Completion of an accredited periodontal residency program.

• State licensure to practice as a Periodontist.

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of periodontal procedures.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Compassion and a patient-centered approach to care.

• Commitment to continuing education and professional development.
