· Creates engaging content and designs and implements digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising

· Utilizes strategies like search engine optimization (SEO), pay per click (PPC) advertising, content creation, and data analysis to effectively reach target audiences

· Promotes company's services and capabilities to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, generate leads, and boost sales

· Tracks campaign performance using analytics tools to measure key metrics like website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI, and provides insights to affect future strategies

· Develops engaging content like blog and social media posts, articles, videos, and infographics to attract and retain customers

· Optimizes website content for search engines and implements techniques to improve website ranking on search engine results pages (SERPs).

· Manages social media accounts, schedules posts, engages with followers, and monitors online conversations to maintain positive corporate image

  • Collaborates with Sales Department to create and distribute sales materials and identifies, attends, promotes, and/or sponsors pertinent events to accomplish sales objectives
  • Maintains regular communications with previous customers to facilitate repeat business, employs tactics to foster employee morale, and regularly works to promote positive relationships both internally and externally

· Implements strategies to positively promote company's image, history and values, services and capabilities, and staff to help educate consumers, increase brand awareness, and facilitate continued growth

Requirements:

· 2+ years Marketing-related experience in a for-profit environment (a degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar field is preferred but not required)

· Highly creative with an exceptional command of the English language (verbal and written)

· Tech savvy with experience using CRM, SEO/SEM techniques, Google Analytics, social media strategies, and deploying e-mail campaigns

· A positive, service-oriented attitude, keen attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills

· Prior electronic and print content development and distribution experience

· Professional demeanor with an appropriate presence and tact to suitably represent our company in various environments

· Reliable transportation to/from our Lorton, VA facility (NOTE: Position is located in Lorton and is NOT metro-accessible)
