  13. No one has left in the past 3 years
  14. Practice opened in 1950s
  15. Only large OBGYN practice in West Mobile, a growing area
  16. Deliver 90% of babies at one Hospital
  17. Delivered 1,300 babies last year
  18. Very established group, excellent reputation
  19. Quality metric demonstrate above
  20. Each MD will have one RN and one MA, three exam rooms
  21. Need to see 20 - 40 patients per day
  22. Surgery in the morning or at lunch
  23. EMR: Greenway
  24. In office lab, mamo, dexa
  25. Typical day: surgery from 7 - 9 a.m., round on own patients, 9 - 12 office, lunch: c sections or minor cases, 2 - 5 p.m. office
  26. Everyone has one week day off
  27. Call 1:6
  28. OBGYN only, no weight loss, pellets, or cosmetics
  29. Cover only one hospital
  30. All MDs take same call
  31. New patients per month: 213 GYN and 124 OB
  32. Every MD in this group was a Chief Resident, not madatory but speaks to the quality of the person they want to hire
