JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Active WA License
• BLS, ACLS
• Minimum 2 years as Family Nurse Practitioner

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide comprehensive care for patients across the lifespan, including prenatal care, well-woman exams, and chronic disease management.
• Deliver outpatient services in a community health setting, working with vulnerable populations, including migrants and refugees.
• Perform basic procedures, such as injections, IUD placements, and minor wound care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EPIC EMR.
• Collaborate with support staff and utilize onsite interpretative services as needed.
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies and standards.
