Salary: $95-$120 per hour

Headway works with mental health practitioners nationwide, providing the tools and resources necessary for a successful private practice. Whether you're new to private practice or have an established client base, we are dedicated to helping you achieve your professional goals.

  • Joining the Headway community will provide you with:
    • Seamless insurance acceptance by credentialing with major networks and managing billing and administrative tasks on your behalf.
    • Flexibility to determine the number of clients you see through Headway, enabling you to set your preferred working hours.
    • Marketing support and patient referrals to grow your caseload.
  • We also support your patients by:
    • Providing customized support to streamline the process of seeking and receiving care.
    • Verifying client insurance benefits instantly and automatically, ensuring prompt access to care.

Headway's services are provided completely free of charge. You have the flexibility to set your own hours and choose between in-person or remote telehealth sessions.

We accept the following licenses on a state-by-state basis:

  • LMHC / LPCMH / LIMHP
  • LMFT / LMFTS / LCMFT
  • LPC / LPCC / LCPC / LCPCS / LPCC-S
  • LCSW / LICSW / LCSCW

Requirements:

  • A valid NPI number
  • Malpractice insurance

Please note, only fully-licensed mental health therapists at a Master's level or above will be considered at this time. We are unable to accommodate professionals without a valid license.
