Probate Litigation Attorney - San Diego Office

Our client, a highly respected law firm with a robust trust and probate litigation practice, is seeking a skilled and motivated Probate Litigation Attorney for their San Diego office. This is a fantastic opportunity for an attorney to advance their career in a collaborative and forward-thinking legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of trust and probate litigation matters independently.
  • Draft, review, and file petitions, pleadings, and motions.
  • Represent clients in depositions, court hearings, and trials.
  • Provide strategic legal advice to clients, including trustees, beneficiaries, and fiduciaries.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex estate and trust matters.
  • Stay informed about California trust and estate law developments.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2+ years of trust and probate litigation experience (Senior-level candidates with a book of business are encouraged to apply)
  • Must be Bar licensed in California, in good standing
  • Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong courtroom presence and client advocacy skills.
  • Must reside or be willing to relocate to San Diego, California
