  • The successful candidate will primarily operate and monitor various machinery and equipment on the production line, ensuring proper functioning including start-up, shutdown, and regular maintenance.

  • The role involves inspecting and testing products at specified intervals to verify compliance with quality standards, making necessary adjustments to maintain product quality.

  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly production targets while adhering to set schedules and timelines is a key part of the role.

  • Other responsibilities include loading raw materials into the production line, monitoring material flow, ensuring proper storage and organization of finished product, and adhering to all safety guidelines, policies, and procedures.

  • The candidate will also be expected to identify and address equipment malfunctions or breakdowns, perform basic maintenance, liaise with maintenance personnel, and ensure accurate and timely recording of production data.

  • Keeping the production area clean and organized, and ensuring waste disposal in accordance with environmental regulations is also a part of the job.
