- Active state license required
- Board certification required
- 7 on / 7 off call schedule, with weekend call
- ATLS and PALS certification required
- Approximately 25 patients per day, 5 admissions per day, and 1 - 5 surgeries per day
- Experience with adult/pediatric trauma apps, hernia, ventilation management, and chest tube insertion
- Credentialing and DEA required
