California Occupational Therapist License upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire. 3 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist. Work experience in Physical Disabilities Setting. Experience in working with adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Preferred Qualifications: 1 year - For NICU: Clinical experience in any setting providing occupational therapy to infants, children or adolescents or experience in an acute care hospital providing occupational therapy directly to infants, children or adolescents who have a CCS eligible medical condition.
