Hired by Matrix is seeking a travel nurse RN Educator for a travel nursing job in Salinas, California.

Contract Duration:
• 13 week contract

Schedule:
• 9a-5p

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assesses the learning needs of department nursing staff and develops an educational plan to meet these
needs.
• Develops, implements and evaluates the orientation program for new personnel in department.
• Develops, implements and evaluates inservices and continuing education programs for department in
collaboration with the Education Department.
• Identifies the learning needs of the relevant patient population and supports the nursing staff in developing
appropriate educational materials in collaboration with the Patient Education Committee.

Required Experience:
• 1 year required
• BLS-AHA
• CA RN License

Hired by Matrix Job ID #24-01348-1. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
