Are you ready to join a leading company in the foodservice industry? We are offering a $5,000 RETENTION BONUS for eligible new hires We are looking for Overnight Warehouse Pickers to join our team. The shift is from Sunday to Thursday, starting at 7:00pm until finish, with a pay rate of $25.48/hour (plus incentive pay), which increases to $28.67/hour after 3 months. Main Responsibilities:

• Safely and accurately select customer orders, build and wrap pallets, and perform pre-shift equipment checks.
• Operate an electric pallet and carefully move products from racks to pallets as directed by order selecting software and equipment.
• Validate selected products for accuracy and quality, deliver products to the correct dock area, and shrink wrap palletized orders.
• Work as part of a team to maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment ranging from -5 degrees to over 100 degrees.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively, moving 1,000+ cases of product during each shift.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English to attend trainings, hold conversations, receive coaching, and read labels.
• Availability to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday - Thursday, including weekends and holidays when required.
• Recent experience in a physically demanding role is preferred, as well as experience with warehouse order selection and operating motorized pallet jacks.
