Description:

The weathering lab technician helps the architectural coatings group by preparing, painting, and ratings various substrates for natural weathering.

The weather lab technician will coordinate projects with the exterior technical specialist and perform repetitive tasks such as board painting with coatings provided from other lab members, reading color and gloss changes on the boards at planned time intervals, and rate the boards for coating degradation.

Skills:-

•Experience in laboratory activity.

•safe chemical (paint) handling and disposal

•Experience in technical documentation desired

•Detailed oriented and with high sensitivity to timeline is a must

•Proactive in task management and ability to address/take care of basic laboratory facilitation

Education:

•A high School diploma is required with 4 years practical laboratory •experience, an Associate's degree with 1 years practical laboratory •experience, or a Bachelor's degree in a scientific field.

•Company recognizes Institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent.
