As a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) with Elara Caring you will:
Deliver Tailored Physical Therapy Interventions: Provide direct physical therapy interventions following the guidance of the physical therapist and aligning with the physician's care plan, ensuring precision in execution.
Revitalize Function, Diminish Discomfort: Embark on a mission to restore not just function but vitality. Administer treatments with a laser focus on pain relief, functional rejuvenation, and sustaining peak performance, cultivating an atmosphere of complete holistic rehabilitation.
Navigate Therapeutic Journeys: Become the guiding force behind patients' recovery stories. Direct and assist them through an array of therapeutic exercises - active, passive, muscle reeducation, gait training, functional exercises, and prosthetic guidance-a symphony of rehabilitation tailored to individual needs.
Chronicle Transformations, Report Real-Time: Step into the role of a vigilant observer. Monitor patient progress diligently, ensuring swift communication with the care team. Meticulously document the nuanced shifts in a patient's condition, weaving a real-time narrative of their healing journey.

What You Bring:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program approved by the American Therapy Association.
6+ months experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant is preferred
Currently Licensed as a Physical Therapy Assistant
Dependable vehicle, a valid driver's license, and current auto insurance in accordance with the laws of the state
