We are seeking 6-8 dedicated and efficient Warehouse Associates to join our team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our warehouse by assisting with various tasks related to inventory control, order fulfillment, and overall warehouse management. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety standards. Responsibilities Operate warehouse equipment including cranes and order pickers safely and efficiently. Assist in the fabrication of products as needed, ensuring high-quality standards are met. Manage stock levels by performing regular inventory checks and maintaining accurate records. Fulfill orders by picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment according to established procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Follow OSHA regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations and improve processes. Experience Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with order picking, inventory control, and warehouse management systems is advantageous. Mechanical knowledge is a plus, particularly in operating various types of warehouse equipment such as forklift experience. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment. A commitment to safety practices and procedures is essential for this role.
