- Evaluate patient/resident medical charts and develop treatment plans in accordance with their needs
- Plan, direct, or conduct rehabilitative treatment programs to improve communication, swallowing, and/or cognitive problems
- Instruct residents, families, and caregivers on speech and swallowing techniques
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and family education sessions
- Treat patients at multiple locations to serve diverse resident needs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid or pending State Speech Language Pathology License
