Speech Language Pathologist

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patient/resident medical charts and develop treatment plans in accordance with their needs
  • Plan, direct, or conduct rehabilitative treatment programs to improve communication, swallowing, and/or cognitive problems
  • Instruct residents, families, and caregivers on speech and swallowing techniques
  • Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and family education sessions
  • Treat patients at multiple locations to serve diverse resident needs

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid or pending State Speech Language Pathology License
