Job Summary

We are seeking a Part-Time Radiology Technologist to join our team and perform radiography examinations on weekends. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality care and creating exceptional patient experiences.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology
  • Certified in Basic or Advanced Life Support
  • Current license or temporary license by the Texas Medical Board (MRT)
  • Registered Radiology Technologist by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT-R)

Experience / Knowledge / Skills:

  • Ability to lift and maneuver patients

Principal Accountabilities

  • Perform radiography exams on patients, ensuring compliance with all safety procedures
  • Enter and monitor patient data
  • Conduct quality assurance on radiology equipment
  • Assist with application for accreditation
  • Identify and report accidents, complaints, or equipment malfunctions
  • Take emergency call within the department
  • Administer breath alcohol tests and/or urine drug screens
  • Perform patient registration tasks such as verifying insurance and collecting payments
  • Ensure safe care to patients, staff, and visitors
  • Promote individual professional growth and development
  • Demonstrate commitment to creating compassionate and personalized experiences
  • Other duties as assigned
