Your Role:
  • Deliver Exceptional Patient Care: LPN will assess patient conditions, administer medications, monitor vital signs, assist with diagnostic tests, and respond to changes in patient needs.
  • Craft and Implement Care Plans: LPN will develop and adjust personalized care plans in collaboration with our dedicated healthcare teams.
  • Empower Through Education: Licensed Practicing Nurse will educate patients and their families about disease prevention, treatment options, and post-care.
  • Maintain Accurate Documentation: Keep detailed, accurate records of nursing observations and care provided, ensuring compliance with all guidelines.
  • Communicate Effectively: Licensed Practicing Nurse will work closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best care outcomes.
  • Participate in Quality Improvement: LPN will contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care and adhering to established nursing standards.
  • Respond to Emergencies: LPN will be prepared to provide CPR and emergency treatments when needed.
  • Advocate for Patients: Licensed Practicing Nurse will support patients' rights and provide compassionate emotional support.
What We're Looking For:
  • Graduates of an accredited nursing program with a current NY LPN license.
  • BLS/CPR Certification.
  • Up-to-date medical documentation (Physical, Titers, QuantiFERON) or willingness to update.
  • Strong clinical skills with a compassionate, caring demeanor.
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Competitive Pay: $40.00 - $43.00 per hour.
