Creative Health Solutions is looking to hire a PRN Speech Therapist to join their growing team

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Speech Therapist to join our team at Creative Health Solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and administer therapy programs aimed at improving patients' physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities

Speech Therapist Responsibilities:

• Review available patient information and evaluate the impact of this information on the assessment and treatment process.

• Conducts and documents a thorough functional assessment of the patient utilizing standardized procedures.

• Develop and implement an individualized treatment plan based on patient needs and containing achievable functional goals.

• Revise treatment plans, as needed, throughout the treatment process.

• Completes documentation in accordance with applicable federal and state laws and applicable standards and administrative and clinical requirements.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:

• Master of Science degree in Speech/Language Pathology.

• Current license/certification in the state of practice.

• Must meet the educational requirements for certification and be in the process of accumulating the supervised experience or meet the education and experience requirements for a Certificate of Clinical Competence in speech-language pathology granted by the American Speech-Language Hearing Association.

• Demonstrates competency in applying the principles, methods, materials and equipment used in Speech Therapy to the patient population served by this facility.

• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

• Adequate computer skills in order to complete required job duties and computerized documentation.

• Demonstrate ability to assess patient needs and develop and implement a comprehensive plan of care.

• Requires creativity as well as the ability to work independently.
