A large manufacturer in Southeast LA is looking for a Finance Manager due to company growth. Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, the Finance Manager will be responsible for consolidated reporting, acquisition integration, and analyzing top line growth, sales volume margin, customer channels, and business drivers. This person will also be responsible for creating decks, private equity reporting, discussing performance, and trend analysis. To be successful in this role the Finance Manager will need to be a problem solver, have executive presentation, and excellent communication skills. Does this sound like you or someone you know? What do you need in this Finance Manager role?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field
  • 7 years of FP&A experience
  • Advanced Excel
  • Must have industry related experience and/OR private equity reporting experience (industry agnostic if you have this experience)
What will you do in this Finance Manager role?
  • Develop assumptions by product for revenue forecasting
  • Analyze volume, product mix, pricing, and customers
  • Data management and reporting
  • Consolidate revenue vs prior year, plan, and forecast
  • Analysis of price, volume, and mix on important business drivers
  • Financial reporting, and variance and trend analysis
  • Performance tracking
  • Sales, margin, and trend analysis
  • Support M&A activity
  • Create data cubes and financial management teams
