As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will play a pivotal role in the development and enhancement of our data products and applications. Leveraging your deep technical expertise and creative problem-solving skills, you will collaborate with Analytics & Innovation teams to create seamless user experiences, ensuring the optimal functionality of both front-end and back-end systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop robust, user-friendly web applications with an emphasis on responsive design and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to translate design concepts into functional interfaces, maintaining a balance between aesthetics and functionality.
  • Take ownership of both front-end and back-end components, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Implement and maintain APIs for efficient data exchange between the front-end and back-end systems.
  • Identify and address technical challenges, debug issues, and propose innovative solutions to enhance application quality and performance.
  • Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews, fostering collaboration, and delivering iterative results.
  • Conduct thorough testing to validate the functionality and compatibility of web applications across different browsers and devices.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 8+ years of experience in front-end and full stack development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality web applications and UI.
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Blazor, or Vue.js).
  • Experience with server-side programming languages, such as Node.js, and familiarity with back-end frameworks (.NET, Flask, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of version control systems, particularly Git, and collaborative development using Azure DevOps.
  • Ability to work in an Agile environment, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards addressing technical challenges.
  • 5+ years of experience with responsive design, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Effective communication skills to articulate technical concepts and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
