If You Got It, We Want It * Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their business needs and formulate end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering, analysis, visualizations * Translate underlying needs of our business into key metrics and frequently analyze and report to stakeholders * Maintain, develop, and automate reporting needs at Cribl with an ability to context switch between projects; this role will be divided between supporting ad-hoc data requests and project work * Scale our data technology stack by managing data sets into our data warehouse, creating meaningful data transformations, and making data available in our BI tool * Empower Criblanians to self-service all their data needs by developing, scaling and leading the enablement of our centralized BI tool As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will Have... * Four years of experience working with revenue data (Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience e.g.) and working closely with stakeholders to establish a roadmap of technical work * Proven ability to derive insights, conduct strategic analysis, and create clear and compelling data visualizations from large revenue data sets across multiple sources. * Familiarity with the modern data tech stack (Snowflake, dbt e.g) and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, e.g). Advanced technical expertise in SQL, data modeling, and building dashboards. * Strong communication and organizational abilities, capable of leading strategic projects with minimal guidance and managing priorities effectively. * Analytical thinking and comfortable with ambiguity, self-motivated, and adept at working cross-functionally.
