Job Title: Boxing Production Worker > Advancement to Mixing Operator Job Description Join our team as a Level 1 Boxer where you will be responsible for bagging the finished product, ensuring it meets the correct weight specifications, sealing the boxes, and palletizing them. This role requires meticulous attention to detail in scale operation, including powering, calibrating, and taring the scale for accurate measurements. You will stack boxes, read product codes and lot numbers. Additionally, you will perform critical control point checks, document and address non-compliance issues, perform quality checks, and maintain a strong food safety culture by adhering to food defense, quality, and cGMPs standards. Training and certification in stand-up forklift operation are also integral to this role Hard Skills Scale operation Equipment handling (Belts, Swecos, Comils, Metal Detectors) Stand-up Forklift operation Ability to lift 50 lbs Work Environment Work in a clean and spacious facility with exposure to noise, heat, temperature changes, humidity, and airborne dust particles.
