Overview of Responsibilities- Performs all primary job responsibilities listed for Paramedic scope of practice set forth by the Indiana EMS Commission and additional skills approved by the Reid Health EMS Medical Director.
- Must possess critical thinking skills;
- Possesses awareness of health care delivery systems and level of educational preparation of health care providers;
- Assess, treat and coordinate health services for patients in the prehospital setting;
- Administers patient care consistent with department protocols and physician orders;
- Develops and completes appropriate reports for the EMS Program.
- Attends meetings as requested and available.
Certifications: Paramedic licensure in the State of Indiana is required; Ohio license preferred; National Registry preferred
Experience Required: Valid Indiana or Ohio driver’s license is required, must be 21 years of age, must have a good driving record, must be preapproved for Reid vehicle insurance before starting employment
Schedule Details Full Time. 48 hours weekly. Connersville location. What We Offer
