Come join us WellSky is seeking a Solution Architect to join our team. The Solution Architect is responsible for pre-sales engagements, drafting SOWs, conducting Operational Assessments, and driving client value through continuous improvement and deeper feature adoption. It is a dynamic role that collaborates with Sales, Professional Services, and clients to define and validate project scopes, ensuring successful implementation of WellSky software solutions.

A day in the life

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Lead client discovery to identify business needs and match the appropriate service offerings to the opportunity
  • Understand WellSky solutions to determine our competitive edge, and knowledgeable at a deep level what the market is needing
  • Strategically plans a course to enhance Professional Services offerings that address business challenges and increase client loyalty
  • Identify competitive differentiators and functional gaps that may need to be addressed/closed within the solution to win the deal/client
  • Conduct in-depth solution demonstrations and involved in pre-sales conversations to prospective clients (virtual and/or onsite presentations), including formal oral presentations
  • Responsible for writing responses to incoming RFP and RFI opportunities, coordinating the requirements traceability matrix (RTM) completion and assisting others internally in the completion of complex documents
  • Participates in operational assessments, health checks and other developed otherings for current clients
  • Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, and clients to define and validate the scope for new or existing client opportunities

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 4-6 years related work experience
