We have a great career opportnity in Solenis as we are looking a Maintenance Planner working at our Suffolk, VA plant location. This will be a on-site position working Monday to Friday.

The main tasks you will be responbile for as a Maintenance Planner will be as followed:

• Plan preventive and predictive maintenance, and repair jobs, including job scope assessment, man-hour requirements, resources and materials required, and provision of required documents.

• Develop work packages for all planned maintenance work, including repetitive maintenance, and ensure the packages are assembled according to the established department standard.

• Order/receive/track necessary material (internal/external) to support maintenance activities.

• Develop and maintain SAP task lists for preventive maintenance and repairs on installed equipment

• Gather manuals, drawings and other documentation to support maintenance and contractor repairs/modifications. Submit drawings to Engineering for any revisions/updates.

• Implement changes for maintenance records, equipment, critical equipment with critical spares while setting proper reorder levels and quantities to support minimum production downtime.

• Plan and coordinate the activities associated with the maintenance of equipment to improve plant and equipment availability and efficiency in support of production requirements.

Requirments:

• Prior maintenance planning experience

• Experience in SAP maintenance module

• Technical knowledge in mechanical or electrical fields

• Must have the ability to climb stairs, sit or stand for extended periods, squat, kneel, walk for extended distances, and be able to lift and/or carry 50 pounds.

Education:

• High School Dipolma
